The Role:

The Process Security Analyst is a cross-functional role responsible for the execution of Meazure Learning’s process security program. This program is responsible for assessing, analyzing, auditing, and documenting actual results against established standards, policies, and procedures. The role will primarily focus on identifying process vulnerabilities and coordinate with Product Development and Operations to institute changes that will close those vulnerabilities.

The Responsibilities:

• Analyze remote proctoring data to identify cheating behaviors and trends
• Perform detailed investigations to determine how test-takers may have subverted procedures and technology
• Interface directly with clients regarding security topics and situations
• Monitor online forums and articles for emerging threats and cheating techniques
• Discover process vulnerabilities by conducting mock exam sessions and technological exploits
• Research and troubleshoot operational problems and/or data issues
• Utilize data and findings to identify anomalies and articulate root causes of underlying issues
• Contribute to the development of re-engineering methods/tools to improve process, reduce risks, strengthen controls, and improve the security of the proctoring process while maintaining an optimal test-taker experience
• Assist in the identification and documentation of process risks and associated impacts; assist in the development of methods to reduce such risks
• Partner with the Employee Training Specialist, Client Managers, and other department managers to ensure clarification of processes or process changes, as needed
• Other relevant projects as needed or assigned
  
  

The Desired Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another technical degree preferred but not required.
• +1 Year in Risk Management, Compliance or Auditing
• Experience with Meazure Learning applications and/or in the Testing and Certifications Industries
• Process Re-engineering/ Process Improvement/Project Management experience
• Familiarity with Cyber Security or Software Engineering
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform in-depth statistical data analysis
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting methodologies
• Assertive, with the ability to work well collaborating as part of a team
• Willingness to collaborate closely with other Process Security Analysts
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software 
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• High energy, relentless optimism in pursuit of achieving outcomes
• Comfortable working autonomously
