Position Overview:

As a OLOID Enterprise Technical Architect/Manager, you will be responsible for helping customers achieve success with OLOID platform by providing expert consulting services and technical guidance. You will collaborate with customers to understand their integration needs, design scalable and robust solutions, and lead implementation projects to ensure successful deployment and adoption of OLOID technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
• Design and architect custom solutions using OLOID's APIs and platform services to meet customer objectives.
• Lead implementation projects, including configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of OLOID solutions.
• Serve as a representative for OLOID when engaging with Enterprise Security Teams/CXOs/Executives - highlighting achieved outcomes, seeking approvals, and collaborating to overcome obstacles.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customer stakeholders on OLOID products and capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of OLOID's platform.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal OLOID teams, advocating for customer needs and driving resolution of any issues or challenges.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, solutions architect, technical project management, technical sales engineering, or professional services.
• Proficiency in systems integration tools and techniques, understanding of APIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
