Responsibilities
- Work across multiple client data environments to design, develop, and deploy modern data and AI solutions
- Design, build, and maintain CRM databases, customer data models, and data pipelines using Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Python, and other technologies
- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models and neural networks to predict customer behaviour and optimize marketing strategies
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and interactive data visualizations that transform data into actionable business insights
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely movement of data across platforms
- Document database structures, data pipelines, machine learning models, and technical processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex data, analytics, and marketing challenges
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI, machine learning, and data technologies to improve solutions and processes
Education and requirements
- 0–3 years of professional experience
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Python and object-oriented programming
- Experience developing or training machine learning models
- Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and database design principles
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) is considered an asset
- Experience with Git or other version control systems is considered an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
