We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients, focusing on selling security, DevOps, and compliance solutions to CIOs. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Minimum Position Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, preferably in enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated experience selling security, DevOps, or compliance solutions.
- Proven ability to close large enterprise six-figure deals and successfully navigate complex sales cycles.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to C-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel for managing sales pipelines and analyzing sales data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target enterprise-level prospects, focusing on industries with high demand for security, DevOps, and compliance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs and other senior executives, to understand their business challenges and position our solutions as the ideal fit.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to drive alignment and ensure customer needs are met.
- Leverage Salesforce and other tools to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies and messaging.
