SKILLS REQUIRED
Mandatory Skills:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning solutions using Python, SQL, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Build scalable ML pipelines with Databricks, MLflow, CI/CD, and MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management.
- Develop and productionize machine learning models, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
- Integrate ML models into enterprise applications and operational workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor model performance, automate retraining, and manage model versioning to support continuous improvement in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to accelerate AI solutions from proof of concept (POC) to production.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and GenAIOps is highly preferred.
