  • What you will do
  • You will support the overall success of the Cybersecurity program and implementation of new practices or solutions.
  • You'll act as a trusted partner to client business units globally and drive a modern, effective cyber security culture, awareness, and business engagement model.
  • Collaborate and partner with business/technical/clinical team members across client on strategic projects related to Cybersecurity Program and motivate your project team to support the delivery of priority initiatives.

The Sr Cyber IT PM Will

  • Develop and manage project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security operations, development, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success.
  • Identify and manage project risks and ensure that mitigation plans are in place.
  • Responsible for the execution of mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
  • Develop and manage a project schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively.
  • Work with PMO to manage - Project kick off, Deliverables, Meeting, Communication, Resources, Risks, Budget, and Status Reports.
  • Communicate project status and progress to senior management and stakeholders- both internally and externally
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with CSO, technology and business teams to deliver security capabilities, such as security design, tooling integration and integration with CSO services (e.g. Security Operation Centre).
  • Collaborate as an extended part of cloud and product teams to understand their processes, requirements, and technologies to integrate security into the operation and management of cloud environments and services.
  • Work across a multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 + Years' experience with project management, systems engineering and / or cyber security.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills, especially the ability to articulate technical topics.
  • Demonstrated project management/business project reengineering frameworks expertise (Example: Six Sigma, PMI, Agile, CMMI, etc)
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, meeting facilitation skills.
  • Experience with scheduling tools, including MS Project, Jira and Confluence usage of standard methodologies, implementation strategies and enforce best practices and standards.
  • Experience applying business process improvement methods to drive efficiencies, improve quality, identify gaps.
  • Experience working on enterprise cloud services deployments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and understanding security challenges involved in cloud migration, adoption, and operations.
  • Experience deploying and migrating to/from private cloud environments.
  • Experience with virtual machine management, container orchestration, API management and secure use of serverless technologies
  • University degree or equivalent industry experience
  • PMP - Project Management Professional Certification
