About The Job

The candidate requires hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Solution and other PAM solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their Privileged Access Management expertise with the customer, acting as a trusted advisor for PAM-related topics. As such, excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their privilege access management (PAM) requirements and objectives.
• Implement, configure, and maintain CyberArk Privilege Cloud (CPC) solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Provide technical expertise in CyberArk products and solutions, assisting clients with installation, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct assessments of clients' existing PAM infrastructure, identify gaps, and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to clients' teams on CyberArk products and best practices.
• Participate in the development of PAM strategies and roadmaps that align with clients' security goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) certification preferred.
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring CyberArk Privilege Cloud (CPC), Credential Provider, Centralized Credential provider (CCP) solutions.
• Strong understanding of privilege access management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CyberArk products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
