Job Title – Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer
Location – Hybrid – Richmond, BC (3 days onsite). Candidates should reside in Richmond, Vancouver, or neighboring cities.

Must Have Skills:
- Fortinet certifications (NSE 4, 5, 7, or equivalent) with strong hands-on Fortinet expertise.
- Proven ability to build and lead a Solutions Engineering (SE) practice supporting cybersecurity growth.
- Experience managing multiple client engagements in a customer-facing pre-sales Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect role.
- Strong consultative experience scoping cybersecurity assessments and designing solutions alongside customer IT and Security teams.
- Ability to partner closely with sales to help customers modernize and expand their Fortinet cybersecurity environments.
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Serve as the technical lead supporting the growth of our client's cybersecurity services practice.
- Partner with the sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle to drive successful customer engagements.
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business and security requirements.
- Design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions leveraging Fortinet technologies.
- Scope and recommend cybersecurity assessments for new and existing customers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customer IT and Security teams.
- Support multiple client engagements simultaneously while delivering high-quality technical guidance.
- Help existing channel partners modernize their cybersecurity infrastructure and expand security capabilities.
- Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) on cybersecurity initiatives.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.
- Contribute technical leadership and best practices while helping shape the organization's growing cybersecurity practice.
