I am currently recruiting for a well-established organization in the arts, culture and entertainment sector seeking an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to play a key role in modernizing, securing and optimizing its technology environment.
Your Role
Reporting to the IT Director, you will act as both a technical expert and strategic partner, helping shape the organization’s infrastructure roadmap while strengthening its cybersecurity posture.
Key responsibilities include:
Infrastructure Architecture & Platform Evolution
Design and evolve on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure architectures;
Evaluate, test and implement new technology solutions aligned with business needs;
Establish infrastructure standards and maintain architecture documentation;
Manage identity and access governance, including Microsoft Entra ID;
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team.
Infrastructure Operations & Performance
Ensure the availability, performance and resilience of critical IT systems;
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Windows Server environments;
Oversee networking, storage, backup and cloud services;
Optimize cloud utilization and spending;
Monitor infrastructure proactively and coordinate external technology partners.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
Develop and implement cybersecurity controls, standards and governance frameworks;
Manage vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation strategies, including firewall, antivirus, IDS/IPS and identity management solutions;
Develop incident response and disaster recovery plans;
Oversee managed security providers and SOC operations;
Promote security awareness and cybersecurity best practices across the organization
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management;
At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity;
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments;
Proven success implementing governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives;
Experience leading cybersecurity-related projects and information security programs;
Experience managing infrastructure projects with external vendors and partners;
Strong knowledge of incident management processes;
