- Acting as technical and/or process lead for OT Cyber Security.
- Assessing implications of new and revised OT Cyber Security Programs, providing comments, and developing estimates
of cost and resource requirements related to OT Cyber Security.
- Verifying and Communicating alignment with applicable Cyber Security Policies and Standards.
- Leading and/or participating in cybersecurity incident response activities including investigation, isolation, remediation and
mitigation .
- Communicating technical issues to diverse audiences including senior leaders and executives.
- Staying up to date with cyber protection and defense technology and new threats.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, P&C or Telecom preferred) or other relevant fields such as computer science.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 certification(s), GCIP (Critical Infrastructure
Protection), CISSP, or equivalent is an asset.
- A combination of OT/ICS-focused certifications and experience is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cyber Security and/or the areas of power system asset planning, operation and
control, protection and control utility design, operations & maintenance of Operational Technology.
- Preference given to candidates with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security related to OT assets
(Protection Relays, Telecom Systems, etc.) as well as a strong knowledge of P&C (Protection, Control and Automation)
devices and concepts. However, transferable experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience on developing, managing or supporting OT Cyber Security programs.
- Demonstrated P&C design, maintenance or planning experience is considered an asset for this position.
- Working knowledge of NERC CIP suite of standards is an asset for this role.
- Effective communication, presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex technical or procedural issues to
diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of audit requirements, including the ability to analyze compliance quality, accuracy and adequacy.
- Experience in Program or Project Management and Leadership skills required to lead a group of professionals.
- A Valid Class 5: Driver's License Type is required.
