Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Windows and Network Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team, focusing on providing direct support to users in our warehouse environment. This role requires expertise in network infrastructure, Windows administration, and handheld devices, with responsibilities extending to server room maintenance, wireless networks, and ensuring seamless operations in our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to users in both desktop and handheld device environments.
• Manage network infrastructure and ensure the smooth functioning of Windows systems and servers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Zebra printers and other shipping and manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT operations in various locations, including California, Michigan, Ohio, and Louisiana.
• Conduct server backups, patching, and other preventative maintenance tasks.
• Participate in structured career growth opportunities, internal training programs, and mentorship initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

**Requirements:**

• Proficiency in Windows 11 and Windows Server environments.
• Basic networking skills and experience with PC and printer troubleshooting in warehouse settings.
• Strong communication skills, suitable for a white-collar environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus to support our Montreal office, but Anglophone candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for site maintenance and occasional weekend work.
