Job Description:

As the Director of Technology Partner Sales, you will be directly responsible for generating and overseeing the growth of our cybersecurity enterprise technology partnerships, sales opportunities, as well as providing highlights and guidance on sales forecasting, processes, reporting, enablement, and market development. You will work closely with the cybersecurity and marketing team.

You will be responsible for driving drives sales and momentum for the sales team by mentoring leading solutions in the cybersecurity industry. You will report sales activity and forecasting for enterprise sales and provide sales strategies for prospects and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth of existing strategic technology partner accounts and acquire new enterprise customers
  • Build and drive new and strategic go-to-market plans for technology partners to meet company growth and market share goals
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting metrics to provide visibility into sales pipeline
  • Coach sales teams by helping structure sales opportunities and deals; further assist with selling activities as appropriate
  • Ensure the sales team is working collaboratively with cybersecurity, marketing, engineering, and other internal/external teams
  • Develop annual sales forecast using a combination of top-down and bottom-up input
  • Strive to keep ahead of industry trends, competitive activity and client opportunities
  • Support marketing activities
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or combined equivalent experience
  • Proven 8+ years’ experience as a Sales Leader with direct reports selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions and services
  • Experience in leading enterprise sales & tech partnership relationships, including quota-carrying and forecasting experience
  • Outstanding cross-organization collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience devising sales strategy and developing/supplying to enablement programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player, accountable
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
