The AI Engineer designs, builds, and deploys intelligent AI agents and copilots that enhance enterprise workflows and decision‑making. This role focuses on developing task‑driven AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and large language models (LLMs), with deep integration into enterprise systems, APIs, and knowledge bases
Responsibilities
. Design, build, and deploy AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Develop AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI; experience with other LLM platforms (e.g. Google or Claude) is an asset.
· Implement multi‑agent workflows using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or ADK.
· Design and implement RAG solutions using enterprise data sources.
· Enable reasoning, orchestration, and tool calling in AI agents.
· Translate AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences
· Integrate agents with APIs, backend services, and knowledge bases.
· Ensure performance, scalability, security, and governance of AI solutions.
· Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to deliver effective, real-world AI solutions
Qualifications
Required
· Post‑secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
· Hands-on experience building AI agents or copilots using LLMs
· Strong programming experience in Python and/or C#
Preferred
· Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
· Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering
