AI / ML Engineer (Developer Tools & Agents)

Join a highly technical team shaping how AI agents interact with the web by building the tools, frameworks, and developer experiences that power the next generation of browser-based AI systems. This is a role for engineers who care as much about developer experience and usability as they do about system design and performance.
What you’ll be working on
- Building developer tools that let engineers run and orchestrate browser agents on top of a API
- Running experiments to understand which models, prompts, and agent harnesses actually work in production-like conditions
- Designing eval sets to benchmark agent performance against realistic, messy web scenarios
- Creating open-source demos that showcase what’s possible with AI agents and browser automation
- Working directly with customers to help them integrate and deploy custom agent workflows
- Writing technical deep-dives sharing insights from real-world debugging and system behaviour
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience writing high-quality production code
- Strong “AI-native” mindset and active use of AI tools and agents in daily workflows
- Experience shipping full-stack features end-to-end (frontend, backend, and systems integration)
- Interest in developer tooling, APIs, and developer experience design
- Strong communication skills, with ability to write clear technical content
- Strong product intuition and ability to turn ambiguous problems into usable tools
- Comfortable working in highly autonomous, fast-moving environments
