Position: Network Security Analyst
Location: Toronto - Hybrid
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
Pay Range: $80-87/hr
Must-Have Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Network Security.
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies.
- Experience implementing and supporting Palo Alto SASE, Prisma Access, and Zero Trust security solutions.
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience integrating identity platforms with network security technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing identity-based security policies and access controls.
- Strong understanding of network security architecture, firewalls, authentication, and access management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Palo Alto Networks security solutions and security policies.
- Integrate Palo Alto security platforms with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) to support identity-based access controls.
- Support and enhance Zero Trust and least-privilege security initiatives.
- Conduct security assessments, architecture reviews, and control evaluations.
- Recommend security improvements and remediation strategies based on identified risks.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support for security platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver security solutions.
- Develop and maintain security architecture documentation, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the design and implementation of cloud and hybrid security architectures.
- Support security governance and compliance requirements through architecture best practices.
