Our group at the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS), located in the Montreal region (Quebec, Canada), is recruiting motivated and talented master’s students, PhD students, and postdocs on a rolling basis.
We work at the forefront of light-based science and technology, with active projects covering but not limited to:
· Quantum optics
· Integrated nonlinear optics
· Photonic and quantum machine learning
· Terahertz (THz) photonics
Over the years, our group has trained more than 220 researchers from over 30 countries. Many alumni now hold faculty positions, Canada Research Chairs, and ERC grants or lead roles in industry and deep-tech ventures.
We invite and support motivated applicants from Physics, Electrical/Photonic Engineering, Computer Science, and related fields. What matters most is curiosity, drive, and a genuine passion for exploring the potential of light.
