JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Manager, Information Security & Business Applications for one of our not for profit healthcare clients. Reporting to the VP, Finance, People & Operations, this role oversees security efforts and business applications. Responsibilities include developing security strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing application lifecycles. The role requires strategic and tactical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer service focus. It involves a mix of office and remote work, with occasional travel for events and training. The incumbent will contribute to the clients vision and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Completion of bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and/or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
• 5+ years experience with oversight responsibility of cyber security management.
• 3+ years' experience in governance/management leadership position, encompassing planning, design, implementation, and successful administration of security program.
• 3+ years' vendor management experience required.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g. OC2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and/or COBIT)
• Experience with data management platform MS Purview required
• Expertise working with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience in physical security and cybersecurity (systems and data)
• Strong understanding of security standards, regulations and best practices, experience developing governance policies, procedures and standards
