This position will report to the Infrastructure Governance Director and be responsible for supporting the Cyber Security organizations in matters related to audit, compliance, and the remediation of risk.
This role requires the individual to work directly with Internal Audit, Segment Risk, Technology and Cyber Security teams, and drive tasks to completion on agreed schedules. To be successful the candidate must be self-motivated, driven, well-organized, and give strong attention to detail.

Job Summary

Job Description
- Collaborate with risk and audit teams, and subject matter experts to drive the risk evaluation and remediation processes to completion within the Cyber Security organization.
- Build strong partnerships with key technology partners, Risk, Cyber Security, and IT areas outside of immediate team
- Evaluate and understand findings within the Audit and Risk pipeline to help ensure proper planning of priorities and resources.
- Facilitate of dialogue between teams to address findings to identify milestones and deliverables, create, and maintain action plans and schedules.
- Work with subject matter experts to create and maintain remediation documentation related to action plan milestones and deliverables.
- Assist with Regulatory, Audit and Compliance exams, ensuring required information is provided in a timely manner
- Support governance and operational departments with policy, standard and procedure updates
- Coordinate vendor risk evaluation efforts with vendor management
- Assist with the compilation of status reporting to Senior Management
- Communicate with project and leadership team members as required
- Actively review upcoming control tests and ensure test steps are accurate and assist with providing related evidence
- Aid in the management of change, risk, and issue management
- Update / Maintain information as needed in Agile (ADO) Kanban board, ServiceNow and ERMS (Archer)
- Schedule and facilitate meetings
- May lead small initiatives and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to explain risks and issues, and IT related concepts clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to work with Cyber Security, Risk, Audit and Technology teams to ensure that clear communications are shared between all parties.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions in business terms with internal/external clients and various levels of management.
- Working knowledge of recognized risk frameworks
- 1-3 years of Risk or Audit experience in IT or Cyber Security
- Knowledge of risk management and audit principles
- Experience in using Archer or other Risk Management systems
- Experience using Azure Dev Ops or similar agile toolsets
- Experience with technical writing
- Experience processing, analyzing, or working with several different types of data, including risk, control, and metrics
- Ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Risk certification (CISM, CISA or CRISC).
