Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brampton, ON, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and connecting with potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, providing exceptional customer service, and offering solutions to meet client needs. The role will also involve collaboration with the training and recruitment teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including the ability to meet targets and develop strategies
- Experience in providing Training and support to clients or sales teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in IT or technical sales is a plus
