O-Netrix Solutions is a growing IT and technology company serving businesses, schools, municipalities, healthcare organizations, and First Nations throughout the Cariboo region. We’re looking for a customer-focused Tier 1 IT Support Technician who wants to learn, grow, and eventually move into more advanced technical roles.
You do not need to know everything yet — we’re looking for attitude, reliability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We invest in training, mentorship, and long-term career development for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 1 support both in-office and during onsite visits
- Assist with onboarding and replacement of end-user devices
- Perform routine IT tasks such as password resets, account setup, email configuration, and workstation deployment
- Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, printer, and peripheral issues
- Document support work accurately and maintain clear communication with clients and teammates
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when appropriate
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move equipment
- Must pass a Criminal Records Check and be bondable
Nice-to-Have
- Previous IT support or help desk experience
- Technical troubleshooting experience
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+

- $22–$28/hour depending on experience and certifications
