JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Director of Professional Services, reporting to the Senior VP of Global Operations, leads teams delivering cybersecurity solutions to clients. They work with senior leadership to define a strategic vision, optimize processes and pricing, and drive high-impact projects. This multifaceted role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to ensure the successful delivery of services.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead managers and team leaders, provide mentoring, and oversee budgets and administrative follow-up.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans aligned with organizational goals, monitor market trends, and adapt service offerings.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client cybersecurity needs and ensure services consistently meet or exceed expectations.
- Service Delivery: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Resource Management: Optimize personnel, budgets, and tools to maximize efficiency and profitability, providing regular performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment, support proposals, and deliver integrated client solutions.
Profil
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Over 10 years of progressive senior management experience across multiple sectors, including roles such as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
- Relevant professional certifications, including CISSP, CISA, and CISM.
- Expertise in identifying industry trends and translating them into cybersecurity service offerings.
- Extensive consulting experience, identifying opportunities where information security initiatives support clients’ business objectives.
- Deep knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity sectors, with proven leadership across diverse industries.
- Strong business acumen and strategic ability to align current and future offerings with organizational needs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French fluency is an asset).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a security-related field or other relevant discipline is an asset.
Informations contractuelles
WORK CONDITIONS :
- Permanent, full-time position
- 160 000$- to 200 000$ based on experience & 10 to 15 % bonuses / yearly
- Remote work, with some traveling once a month in North America or Europe
- Group insurance fully covered by the employer
- 5 weeks of vacation (including 1 week during the holiday season)
- 12 statutory holidays plus 8 personal days
- RRSP available (employee contribution only, no employer match)
