Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Network Engineer, based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure to support secure and efficient operations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the security of network systems, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues
- Experience with Network Security and implementing robust cybersecurity practices
- Expertise in Network Design, including planning and optimizing network architecture
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Relevant certification or training (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
