TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for an IT Security Analyst.
Pay Rate Range: $68-82
Job Description
This is a 6 month contract located in Scarborough, ON/ Hybrid (2 days/ week)
Daily activities:
• Advance and manage Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs)
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and relevance of PIRs
• Develop forward looking intelligence assessments that inform senior leadership, risk management, and strategic decisions.
• Translate complex technical, operational, and geopolitical signals into clear, decision relevant intelligence for executive and senior stakeholders.
Must-have requirements:
10 years of experience in threat intelligence or associated cybersecurity roles.
Working knowledge of various network principles, cyber security concepts, investigation procedures, and adversary techniques.
Spanish is an asset
Soft Skills Required:
• Possesses advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English. Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed for event schedules.
• Creative problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Cybersecurity or a related field (or equivalent experience).
