Our client in Winnipeg, MB is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Architect resource for an 5 mth+ contract to start, The position can be remote, located anywhere in Canada
Things You Need to Have:
- Minimum 8-10 years of cyber security architecture experience
- Extensive experience in cloud based ERP, SCM and CRM, including experience in hybrid solutions.
- Certifications in: ISSAP, CISSP, CCSP, CISM & SANS
- In depth Identify and Access Management (IAM) knowledge
Experience with:
- SaaS/hybrid-based ERP, SCM, and CRM
- API security
- Secure Services Edge
- Zero Trust Architecture
- NIST CSF
- PCI-DSS
- CSA CCM
- Experience in continuous improvement processes
- Experienced in creating SharePoint sites to communication information
- Experienced in drafting Cybersecurity policies aligned to standards
- Experienced in drafting standards that are aligned with industry Cybersecurity standards
- Must have own Windows based computer with standard Windows applications (Windows 10 or higher)
- Must have own communications device
What you will be doing:
- The Architect will have experience providing technical leadership to ensure technical integrity and consistency throughout a solution’s life-cycle stages
- Develop initial high-level estimates for scoping, implementing and operating new solutions
- Document the technical, security and non-functional requirements for potential solution
- Provide technical input into the procurement of new solutions including assisting with the development of Request for Proposal \ Quote documents
- Develop detailed solution estimates based on vendor proposals for implementing and operating solutions
- Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to propose potential solutions both technical and non- technical
- Lead the translation of business requirements into solution architectures and design specifications
- Lead technical teams to design, document and deliver cost effective, innovative and operationally supportable solutions
- Lead technical teams to coordinate the technical activities and produce the deliverables required to implement new solutions. Lead technical teams to transition new solutions to ongoing operations and maintenance
- Document the structure, connections, and relationships of business processes, organizational work groups, data, applications, user interfaces, applications interfaces, infrastructure, and network topology
- Design solutions that recognize and adapt to the business, technical, and financial constraints
- Develop solutions that recognize IT operational limitations and opportunities
- Document the effort, risk, costs, and complexity of potential solutions
- Research and write discussion documents on such topics as emerging technologies, vendors, functionality and reliability of products, and service offerings
