Who You Are
We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator who has a sound understanding of the financial details of preparing and managing quotes, and meeting multiple short deadlines. Hands-on experience in working with distribution channels, supply chain or order desk is most important. This role requires an experienced customer support or inside sales expert, as it plays a critical role in supporting our sales team to achieve their revenue targets and maintain exceptional customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the inside sales process, including requesting and preparing quotes, working closely with DLS Distribution channels, supporting the sales team activities, communication with clients regarding renewals, order processing, weekly and monthly reporting, and other administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position is very organized, has strong time management skills, is analytical, detail-oriented, works well in a team, and is a self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales Processes
Working with DLS distribution channels, prepare and seek quotes
Prepare the templates for quote assessment
Communicate renewals to sales team
Data Management
Manage all renewal notifications with Account Executives and clients
Track sales activities, update CRM, generate reports as needed
Coordinate with clients and distribution on the preparation and delivery of software licenses
Sales Support, Documentation
Support the Account Executives on lead generation where applicable
Generate sales reports, maintain CRM and internal reports for Management
Assist the sales team in creating proposals, presentations
Compliance
Stay updated on all partner programs, including solutions, software and pricing

REQUIREMENTS:
College or University degree in business administration/finance or relevant field is preferred [BComm, Economics, would be preferred]
2- 3 + years’ experience in customer service/order desk
Excellent communication skills, particularly written.
Strong excel and MSOffice suite
Work experience in the Information Technology industry, or IT consulting service industry is a bonus
Fundamental understanding of the Information Technology industry language and terminology.
Bilingual in French and English an asset
