Specific Job Description

Marine Force Pacific Command (MARFORPAC) Physical Security Analyst: ANSER is seeking qualified personnel to support MARFORPAC G3 leadership and staff in the Force Protection branch.

Skills & Experience

The Physical Security Analyst will support in development and drafting of Weapons waivers (OCONUS deployment training and travel), the program planning, analysis, and support for MARFORPAC Physical Security program including command security, command level inspection and assessments and OCONUS training and hotel sites.

Specific Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility
  • Minimum 5 years of weapons waivers, experience at the MEF, MAJCOM equivalent or other higher headquarters organization in USMC (preferred) or DOD Physical security programs.
  • Researches and understands MARFORPAC G3 mission, needs, and constraints; proactively identifies issues and recommends proposed solutions.
  • Physical Security Certification (PSC) from CDSE or ability to certify within 6 months of start (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of the Pacific theater, and an understanding of the relationships and general interactions between each nation within (preferred)
  • Operational and/or logistical experience in the Asia-Pacific Theater (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff /contractor support excellence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Education & Years Of Experience

  • Bachelors degree of higher and 5+ years of relevant experience – OR – Associates degree and 8+ years of relevant experience

Pay Rate: $100,000-$130,000
