Senior Cyber Security Analyst - New York - $120,000
Exciting Senior Cyber Security Analyst opportunity with a leading Financial Services organisation based in New York.
The Cyber Security function of this business focus is to coordinate Cyber security efficiency and requirements for all new products and systems across the business.
With exposure to all areas of the organisation, members of the security team are able to get a holistic view of what is required for an organization to function effectively on a global scale. Appropriate training and certifications are provided for all members of the team!
Key responsibilities include, but not limited too:
- You will be coordinating with the team on getting client audit responses returned in an efficient manner and interface with the firm’s clients' vendor/procurement teams to respond to their Cyber Security questions or concerns .
- Communicating policy and updates to relevant stakeholders across all teams and levels of the business including coordinating and keeping track of the items required for bi-monthly Cyber Security executive meetings
- Implementing and analysing the results of bi-monthly penetration tests, design reviews, source code reviews and other related tests.
Key experience required:
- Understanding of Cyber Security Frameworks (such as NIST, ISO, CIS, SOC, etc..)
- Experience with Network, application, S-SDLC implementations as well as Operating Systems security controls
- Experience with conducting Risk and Vulnerability assessments, information risk and governance, security strategy and business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution
