We are seeking a Senior Network & Cloud Analyst to support the stability, performance, and security of enterprise network and cloud infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud environments. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing connectivity services, including network operations, cloud networking, and secure remote access solutions.
Working closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams, the Senior Network & Cloud Analyst will help ensure reliable and scalable network services, support infrastructure modernization initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise connectivity and cloud networking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support enterprise network environments including switching, routing, VLANs, QoS, and segmentation.
Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and branch network environments.
Administer and support Fortinet firewall platforms, SD-WAN connectivity, and secure remote access solutions.
Implement and maintain network security controls, VPN tunnels, firewall policies, and connectivity standards.
Support hybrid cloud networking across Microsoft Azure and AWS, including VNETs, subnets, DNS, routing, and VPN gateways.
Integrate cloud and on-prem infrastructure to ensure secure and resilient connectivity.
Monitor network and cloud performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement optimization improvements.
Contribute to network lifecycle management, infrastructure refresh initiatives, and technology modernization projects.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with governance, security, and risk management practices.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network and cloud infrastructure in distributed environments.
Strong experience with routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), next-generation firewalls, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and DNS.
Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS networking, including hybrid connectivity models.
Experience with enterprise wireless and switching technologies (Juniper, Aruba or similar).
Familiarity with IT service management processes (incident, change, problem management).
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AZ-700, or ITIL are considered an asset.
