Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst
Hybrid work schedule -This position can be filled in any of our offices across Canada
The IAM analyst must have excellent customer care and communication skills, as this key role will support all levels of internal clients within the company.
The team is primarily responsible for managing and controlling the administration of all user accounts including setup, administration and maintenance, as well as managing mobile devices. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the IT services delivery manager.
You Will Be Focusing On
Facilitating the creation and management of user accounts and associated system access
Providing leadership and mentorship to the assigned IAM team
Primary contact for issues that cannot be resolved immediately with appropriate members of the level 2 and level 3 support teams
Ensuring assigned projects are delivered on time
Responsible for completing quality assurance audits on all arrivals/departures accounts
Creating and maintaining onboarding and provisioning process documentation
Providing monthly reports on the quality assurance audits to management
Identifying and detailing areas for continuous service improvement to management
Engaging in formal and informal knowledge transfer, ensuring that knowledge base articles and documentation are available to the team and kept up to date
What You Bring To The Role
Diploma of collegial studies in computer science or the equivalent
Minimum 5 years of Identity & Access Management compliance and improvement experience, preferably in a law firm
Process driven with the ability to focus on the end result
Bilingual (spoken and written French and English)
Ability/willingness to work overtime if necessary
Windows & MS365 / Azure AD
MFA Authenticator
Mobile Device Management solutions
MECM/SCCM (reporting, collection management, log analysis)
MS 365 - Outlook Administration
ServiceNow Request management
Knowledge of single sign-on (SSO)
Some knowledge of scripting languages and data analysis tools
Process mapping
