We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to support the organization’s GAME ON strategy and work in a dynamic environment. The Cybersecurity Operations Student will be a perpetual learner who has a proficient understanding of Information Technology and the Information Security tools and services needed to facilitate the successful analysis and mitigation of information security risk in a large IT environment. They will also be a curious, perceptive and resolute analytical thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills, one who can work in pressure situations, individually and in a team environment.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
- Maintain an overall perspective of current relevant Security technologies and processes
- Research, maintain and promote awareness of existing and emerging technology trends as related to security technologies
- Assist in supporting and maintaining the security strategy, framework, policies, procedures and standards
- Contribute to the management of all aspects of security service delivery, operationally, via guidance for projects and via oversight of new and changing technology.
- Maintain working relationships and promote understanding of security best practices with business partners
- Working with the Microsoft 365 cloud environment to develop and maintain security governance tools
What You Bring To The Game
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus on computer science or information technology discipline
- Experience in an information technology field with experience in at least one or more IT domains
- Understanding of security related analytical/reporting tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-motivate and the curiosity to learn new skills
- AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license)
