- Looking to deploy devices into Horizon within first 60 days
- Migrate tools into legacy Horizon
  - Crowdstrike
  - Broadcom DLP
- Provide parity of control coverage ASAP

- Have good emotional intelligence vs technical intelligence, working day to day with business users who could be frustrated
- Focused on data protection
  - CASB, Crowdstrike, only for USB DLP protections
- Need to collect technical information
- Troubleshoot onsite and give data over to the team to remediate
- Partner with SCCM consultants
- Needs to communicate with the business and translate to the team
Technical
- Understand basic security
- Ownership vs custodian
- Network flows
- Foundational elements of Cloud (need to know S3, EC2, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, but not configure)
- Read regex
- Troubleshoot basic PC issues to get data to remediate (task manager, log files)
- Needs to know what SCCM is
- Quickly pick up on how a tool works, doesn’t matter what the tool is, if worked with EDR in past, will do well
