Job Title: Vice President of Sales, Americas - Cybersecurity

Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of success and growth?
We (The Cyber Bench) are currently partnered with a number of rapidly expanding cyber security start-ups that are redefining their sector through the use of cutting-edge technology. These companies are looking for seasoned sales leaders across North America and LATAM.
The ideal candidate
Minimum requirements:
- 10+ years' experience selling B2B enterprise software, preferably in Cyber Security
- 5+ years' experience as a Vice President of Sales, successfully running teams across North America and LATAM
- Can establish and implement the route to market, including specific GTM business plans
- Proven experience of hiring, nurturing, and retaining high-performing sales professionals; as well as setting revenue targets
- A true player-coach who leads by example, directly impacting sales while being accountable for leading and shaping the sales team across the region
- A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Proficient at value-based selling, identifying customer challenges and providing compelling business justification to solve their problems
Desired:
- MEDDICC or MEDDPICC trained
- Cybersecurity background
- B2B SaaS sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Have worked in an early stage / start-up environment
- Multilingual
