This Cyber Architect role is one of eight Security Architects embedded into Product teams, specifically supporting the Software Factory full stack engineering teams. This team enables our LM Software factory, which utilizes people, processes, and tools to move ideas & requirements to high-quality products at the speed of relevance while reducing costs. A software factory is an extension of DevSecOps. The Cyber Architect role will be instrumental to the success of both reinventing and executing how we build Software Factories capabilities securely and deploy them as products to development teams across Lockheed Martin. In this role, you will work with individuals from a variety of technical and functional disciplines to provide guidance regarding architectural solutions that meet overall business needs while also integrating necessary security controls.

Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategy and requirements development
- Software development experiance
- Ability to juggle the demands of multiple diverse customers while formulating & driving Enterprise-level security direction
- Proven effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Proven effective leadership skills
- Proven effective teaming skills (co-located and virtual)
- Solid understanding of cloud and platform computing design and security principles
- Experience with risk-based security engineering and threat modeling
- Experience designing and documenting recommended security reference architecture for computing environments.
- ABILITY TO OBTAIN, AT A MINIMUM, A SECRET LEVEL SECURITY CLEARANCE
Desired Skills
- Experience with Software Factory and DevSecOps principles and technologies
- Experience with at least one or more Object Oriented Supported Languages: Java, Python, GoLang, JavaScript (Angular or React)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation including but not limited to Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Concourse
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with full life cycle development and sustainment, leveraging a disciplined engineering process for both implementation as well as Operations and Maintenance.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment
- ServiceNow integration experience
- Information Security related background
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to HIPAA, PCI and Privacy
- Knowledge of LM Corporate security policies.
- Demonstrated use of metrics to make data driven decisions
- Experience in creating or contributing to product roadmaps
- Experience conducting user interviews and/or customer surveys
- Familiarity with Service Now for ITSM
- Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure IT service development and maintenance
- Familiarity with on-premise IT service development and maintenance
- Experience working in a virtual environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $134,300 - $257,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate
