Hear Québec is looking for a committed candidate to fill the position of a Google Analyst. This position will work collaboratively with the Hear Québec's team in sourcing, organizing and cleaning data and conduct insightful analysis on them. This is a 8 Week contract position.
Job Description:
The Google Analyst will work collaboratively with the Administrative Assistant helping to organize the way that Hear Québec stores and manages its information. They will help organize and make sense of the google cloud system that is used and which is in need of reorganization and a written, systemic procedure document. The Google Analyst will design, develop, and implement information systems management solutions; produce advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery; and will assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware. The Analyst will develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches in order to properly manage the cloud. The work of the Google Analyst will ensure the digital cloud infrastructure of the organization remains secure, intact, functional, and accessible, all of which is necessary for the creation and implementation of our programs and facilitates our daily operations.
Skills and Assets that will help with the position:
Expertise in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Experience in Data Entry and Filing
Experience in organizing and cleaning data
An ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
Familiarity with non-profit organizations
Experience working with people with disabilities
Requirements
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Experience with data analysis and cleanup
- Between 15-30 years of age
- Permanent resident of Canada or Canadian Citizen or legally permitted and protected under the Immigration and Refugee protection during the period of employment

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
