Global Cyber Security Sales Engineer
- Remote. Must be based in the United States, Eastern or Central time zones.
- Up to 50% travel
- OTE: $220,000 to $260,000 (80/20 split)
Intaso has been retained by a later stage, well-funded cyber security vendor to lead recruiting efforts for an experienced Global Sales Engineer. Our client has a newly formed global accounts team that is responsible for driving expansion efforts. In this role, you will help drive sales with a multi-region team of global account managers who are leading these efforts. This team is strictly “farming”. There is no goal toward net new logos.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and meet customers’ commercial and technical requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue growth and market share
- Drive product demos, presentations, and technical assessments with partners and customers
- Work with the Global Account team to identify upsell opportunities
- Use technical skills to build demos and establish relationships with customers' technical stakeholders
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Ensure high levels of adoption by customers
- Formalize customer requests, needs, and escalations
- Engage customers to increase loyalty
- Maintain an accurate view of customer segment health
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in cyber security sales engineering or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber security solutions and products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
