Regional Sales Manager, Small & Growth Business
Department Description
Our Small and Growth Business Unit sells to our customer base with 1 to 200 employees across a diverse set of industries including but not limited to manufacturing, professional services, high tech, media and advertising. Your team will sell the entire Salesforce portfolio, including core CRM and any additional products and solutions relevant to this customer segment (the Salesforce PaaS Platform, CPQ, Quip, AI, Analytics, etc).
The Teams Are Broken Down Into The Following Segments
Small Business (1 - 45 employees)
Growth Business (46 - 200 employees)
Role Description
We are seeking a tactical and strategic Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth in our Small and Growth Business Accounts. The appointed sales leader will play a key role in leading this highly visible and motivated team that generates revenues and achieves individual, team and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for sales to achieve corporate objectives.

Your Qualifications
Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skills needed to be successful will vary from 2+ yrs of sales leadership experience leading a team of seven or more quota carrying sales people. In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- Support Sales reps or Account Executives by participating and leading client and prospect meetings
- Ongoing mentorship and development of a sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Account Executives on sales process
- Conducting weekly forecast meetings.
- Coach Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
- Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results

- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
