Our client is a leading provider of automotive solutions to clients across the globe. They are seeking an Account Manager/ Executive (Automotive) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be results-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
As an Account Manager / Executive (Automotive), you will be responsible for managing key client accounts while identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction with their services. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, understand clients’ specific needs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve clients’ objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the automotive industry.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop account plans to achieve revenue objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction with our services by regularly communicating with clients and addressing their concerns and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure client objectives are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including new technologies, regulations, and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on our services and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients’ specific needs and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or executive level role in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of automotive industry trends and regulations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving objectives.
