GuyBean is a web-app that drives traffic to restaurants during off-peak hours by offering discounted dine-ins. The name GuyBean [街邊] s inspired by the Cantonese word for “side of the street”. The founding team grew up in the bustling cities of Asia, where people frequently queued up for small overfilled restaurants or bought food from food trucks at the side of the street.
We are currently partnered with the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce and Seneca Innovation to drive traffic into local restaurants.
***THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED ROLE
- We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding new business clients in the GTA using all sales techniques.
- The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in lead generation, and closing contracts with a proven track record
- The compensation structure for this role will be commission based. As the company grows, there will be a possibility of a base + higher commission
- Although this is a remote position, it is preferred that applicants must be located within the GTA and commit at least 15+ hours a week with proof of performance
- The Sales Manager will be in close contact with the CEO throughout the week and be expected to attend scheduled meetings (virtual)
- Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling/social media outreach, etc
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
