Significance is seeking candidates for an immediate Cyber Architect role supporting OSD Testing & Evaluation Automation. Duties include:
- Leads coordination with Government clients on authority to operate (ATO) and risk management framework (RMF)
- Develops implementation plan for achieving security protocol success for the automation solution
- Develops cyber ISO/ISSO/ISSM coordination plan and manages associated documents
- Advises on Systems Security Plan (SSP), Plan of Action and Milestones( POAM)
- Reviews system/machine scans and advises on remediation efforts against STIG’s for compliance
- Manages all cyber security interactions with Government clients
- Identifies interactions between automation and government systems and applications
- Leverages current ATO for any reciprocity and determines how to accelerate full ATO
- Provides recommendations and thought leadership on Cyber architecture to lead to more efficient, effective, and accurate flow of information throughout the OSD/DISA stakeholders
Required Skills:
- A Manager II is an experienced Manager that has a minimum of seven years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience
- Experience includes: senior-level management and direction on client engagements, extensive experience in all aspects of leading a project, understanding business needs, experience in formulating project definition, isolating success factors, and aligning firm objectives with client needs
- Other experience includes management of local resources, administration of project work plans and processes, and core capabilities in information systems design and technical solutions

- Demonstrated expertise in cyber architecture disciplines including:
-Cloud security architecture
-IT infrastructure
-Environment/system adoption plans
-ATP/ATO/RMF/NIST
- Experience with automation implementation in the cloud
- Experience with system integration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic, continually evolving client landscape
- Security+ certification (Preferred), higher certifications (CISA/CISSP) greatly accepted
