Main purpose of Job:
Main focus will be to provide technical support for a particular customer however on an ad hoc basis could potentially assist with other internal departments and clients
Primary responsibilities:
Support and installation on all versions of IsoMetrix including as well as:
- IIS Administration and Troubleshooting

SQL Administration and troubleshooting

Installation including patches and service packs
Internal IT where required:
- Maintenance of several applications: websites and FTP Server, test environments and servers, backups, system administration, maintaining vendor relationships, improving system performance, upgrades and future technologies and more

Assist users and support software.
IT Procurement:
- Installations of IsoMetrix and Customer Hosted solutions including scheduling and liaising with all stakeholders
Web-Servers and installations:
- Maintenance of the web servers and web server clients

Handling and assisting with installations
IT Security:
- SSO Authentication, SAML Authentication, LDAP configuration, certificate support, ciphers and protocols configuration, https configuration, etc.
Infrastructure management:
- Microsoft Azure and our self-hosted infrastructure
IT Strategy:
- Brainstorm new ideas and ways to improve Azure and infrastructure implementations

Adequate disaster recovery strategy, high availability, backup and recovery and successful execution

Information Systems adoption strategy

ISO 27 001 support and ongoing compliance

Supporting DevOps strategy adoption
Minimum education experience:
- Diploma in IT
-
5 years experienced as a Technical Support Engineer

3 year of SQL experience
