The KnockNok App by Gaia features 70+ household repair and maintenance service categories. We work with both homeowners and property management companies. We currently have operations in Toronto, Vancouver, and Ottawa, with expansion plans.
Duties and responsibilities
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking, calls, and marketing methods.
- Developing new sales areas and markets
- Creating sales materials, and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborating with operations and other teams to meet targets
- Planning and directing marketing or advertising campaigns
- Creating sales materials, and presentations for potential clients
- Managing contracts
- Addressing client complaints or concerns
- Submtiing product requirements to meet new business needs
Skills
- Ability to plan and organize sales presentations, meetings, and strategies.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and achieve targets.
- It’s good to have product background knowledge.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- A good understanding of how market research works and what results mean for a business; we will be targeting property management and real estate companies to offer handyman services through our platform.
