Reporting to the Manager, Cybersecurity & Governance, the
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of ECCU’s identity governance and access control framework. This role ensures secure, appropriate, and efficient access to systems, applications, and data by enforcing IAM policies, maintaining access controls, and supporting regulatory and cybersecurity compliance requirements.

You would…
- Partner with business units and technology teams to promote awareness, accountability, and adherence to enterprise IAM standards.
- Support the designation and enablement of departmental access leads to ensure alignment between business requirements and IAM policies.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Conduct access reviews, support audits, and provide reporting to meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Strengthen Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks to uphold least-privilege principles.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize IAM platforms, including directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Governance tools.
- Ensure compliance with authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and secure access standards.
- Monitor, triage, and resolve IAM-related incidents, access requests, and service tickets.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the organization’s cybersecurity framework in partnership with IT and Risk stakeholders.
- Contribute to cybersecurity policy development, governance practices, and control implementation.
You have…
- Successfully completed a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, supported by relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
- At least three years of experience managing IAM platforms, SSO/MFA, RBAC/PAM, and identity lifecycle processes, ideally in corporate or financial services environments.
- Additional designations in identity and access management (e.g., CIAM, CIGA) or vendor-specific credentials (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta) are considered strong assets.
You are…
- Familiar with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and financial services regulatory requirements.
- Experienced with IAM protocols, directory services, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity governance platforms.
