The Alexander Technology Group is searching for a Security Analyst to join a growing healthcare technology start up firm located in Dedham MA. This is a full-time position that can be 100% remote, but must be able to work EST hours. Responsibilities/Duties
- Account management – Creation of new accounts to assigning roles and licenses
- IT Security Support – Hardening of systems and monitoring.
- IT Access Requests – Maintain and facilitate access to systems.
- End Point Security - Monitoring and Management.
- Technical documentation
- Respond to phishing email validation requests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of help desk/Security experience
- Knowledge of various security solutions, such as anti-virus, endpoint protection, and network protection solutions and use cases
- Experience with security software and tools
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience
