We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate
Manager Corporate Security to manage the day-to-day physical security activities and to maintain and promote a safe and secure working environment.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Sr Manager Corporate Security, you will be empowered to:
- Provide direction, support, and leadership to the security team.
- Identify, develop, and apply learning opportunities to support the security team and to encourage continuous improvement and a high-performance work culture whilst ensuring operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage the administration of physical security systems.
- Provides training programs to security personnel and the broader OLG employee base promoting a high standard in emergency response, health & safety, operational readiness, and security awareness.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standards, for physical security requirements, policy enhancement and emergency procedures to ensure the implementation of up-to-date processes
- Support, execute and manage security operational plans and budget, measuring results and adjusting as needed to meet plan expectations and forecasts.
- Develop and manage relationships with Executives, senior management, and external stakeholders to understand business activities and issues, share information, resolve issues, support, and facilitate business planning.
- Oversee the application and maintenance of site access control programs, and platforms.
- Manage and appropriately respond to emergency and non-emergency situations to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Review, evaluate, and approve incident reports and daily logs to ensure proper measures are taken to address issues.
- Manage the administration of the scheduling and payroll processes to best coordinate shift information while identifying areas of opportunity.
- Identifies risk areas and conducts security audits, including threat assessments to mitigate potential risks.
- Analyze historical data on incidents to identify trends and implement improvements and initiate preventive measures.
What You Need To Play
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing a large security team for a large organization. Experience in an investigative role and liaising with law enforcement agencies.
Education: University Degree in Law/Security or related field. Strong physical security background and working knowledge of access control systems, CCTV and intrusion/detection systems, Life Safety equipment. Understanding and interpret legislation including Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act , Gaming Control Act, PSISA, etc. Understanding of OLG business processes and organization. Familiar with current security technology

Licenses, Registrations, Certificates: AGCO Category 1 Gaming Assistant Registration (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license)
Additional Job details: Must possess a valid class G driver’s license in good standing, with no restrictions and have access to a reliable vehicle. Must possess a valid First Aid and CPR Certificate. Must be able to travel to all OLG corporate locations. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, afterhours, and stat holidays. Position is required to be on location with limited flexible work arrangements.
