JOB DESCRIPTION
NuBinary is growing and we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support professional to assist our sales team in achieving their targets. The Sales Support will be responsible for providing administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, managing client accounts, and ensuring smooth communication between all departments involved in the sales process. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, an excellent communicator, and possess a keen attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Capable of proficiently expressing ideas and thoughts through diverse communication channels including verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions
- Proficient and versatile communication abilities essential for effective proposal development.
- Demonstrates proficiency in managing and administering Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to clients
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests for information, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and support the development of sales strategies
- Ensure all sales-related documentation and processes comply with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including pipeline, forecasts, and customer information
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management review
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions to improve sales performance and processes
PREFERABLE TO HAVE
- University degree is preferable, but not required
- Experience in a business to business environment is an attractive option
- Understands the competitive landscape and customer needs so as to effectively drive conversations
- Previous startup experience
LOCATION: Toronto (but open to other parts in Canada)
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Hybrid
SALARY : 50,000(CAD) based on experience
