As a VP of Business Development, you will be leading a team of business development executives selling IT services & solutions. You will be primarily responsible for managing and leading individual reps, but also expected to provide support on large deals. The Canadian head office is based out of Mississauga but this is primarily a remote position. The position includes a $175,000 - $200,000 base salary, commission, perks, and the ability to earn $240,000 - $280,000+ in the first year.

- This is an Outside Sales position, primarily working remote

You will be focused on providing leadership to the new business development team selling IT managed services. You and your team will be selling to CIOs, IT Directors, Purchasing Managers, IT Supervisors/Managers across Canada.

Preferred Experience & Background
- 10+ years of tech sales experience in a solutions selling environment
- Must have 5+ years leadership experience selling managed services
- Strong understanding of ERP Transformation Services, Cloud Engineering or Managed Services
