Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Service Engineer, based in Cochin, SK, with some work from home flexibility. The role involves providing field service, performing equipment troubleshooting, delivering technical support, and maintaining and repairing products to ensure optimal functionality. The candidate will be responsible for upholding customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Experience with troubleshooting, field service, and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Proven skills in performing maintenance and repair tasks
- Ability to provide technical support and solutions to customers and team members
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities and remote tasks
- Mechanical or technical background and knowledge of relevant technologies and equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven industries is an advantage
