As the Information Security Officer and Program Manager, you will lead the charge in cybersecurity excellence. In this strategic role, you’ll shape and execute the cybersecurity roadmap, manage IT security assets and services, and guide business transformation initiatives. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, oversee incident response, ensure compliance with governance standards, and drive continuous improvement across the security ecosystem. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing vendor relationships, and identifying staffing needs to ensure and balance the availability of the required skills and competencies across responsible teams.
The ideal candidate for the Information Security Officer and Program Manager role is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, complemented by over a decade of progressive experience in cybersecurity. You possess a strong ability to make risk-adjusted, evidence-based decisions and have led change and innovation within agile IT environments and have demonstrated success in digital transformation and customer experience initiatives, along with expertise in IT asset management. Preferred candidates hold certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM, along with a PMP certification and working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and ITIL best practices.
