About The Technical Deployments Team
We’re continuing to build out a team of passionate Information Security Consultants. We are looking for a security analyst with experience in implementing Endpoint Detection and Response technologies, evaluating information security controls and solutions, and detailed reporting, to join our ranks, as we exponentially grow our customer base.
The Technical Deployments team supports a wide array of customers who have purchased our Endpoint Detection and Response services, as they onboard, configure and tune endpoint rulesets. We are responsible for owning the deployment of the service for those customers and assisting them in maturing their security posture with regards to EDR and threat detection. The Managed Enpoint Defence (MED) service focuses on working closely with clients during the deployment to tune their prevention policies, setup custom configurations and reporting, and review their alerts on a recurring basis. Our goal is to ensure clients are up to best practice standards by the end of the tuning phase, and to set their tenants up to ensure the best possible chance of success in detecting and preventing future threats.
We are laser focused on providing our customers the best possible experience in onboarding into eSentire’s various services and providing the customers with an ongoing partnership in their security journey.
