Can you build a direct sales ecosystem? This exciting start-up in the Cybersecurity space are looking for a VP of Sales to lead and fuel their growth. You'll work closely with the CEO and will be selling a unique detection and response solution with an elite defense against cyberattacks.
The Job
- Build and grow on the existing customer base as well as bringing on new business
- Create a plan to bring more customers into the business
- Devise a hiring plan, and build out your team – based on strong sales processes
- Work alongside the company's top salespeople to promote scale and maximum territory coverage.
About You
- 10 years’ experience and proven success in building sales teams for a SaaS company
- Ideally sold cyber or data solutions, and understand the complexity of modern and network security
- Leader, and able to develop individuals to high-performers
- Comfortable with growing existing partners, as well as onboarding new ones
- Driven by data and KPI's to fuel growth
- Excited to work in a rapidly growing start-up
